Shipping

The production route for the First Tee is being finalised now — printed on demand near you or screen-printed in Oslo. Shipping destinations, flat rates and honest delivery estimates are published here, and shown at checkout, the day the store opens. We won’t print day-counts we can’t stand behind yet.

Duties and import VAT: where an order crosses a customs border, local import VAT or duties can apply and are charged by your carrier, not by us. We state this here because you’d rather know first — and the checkout will say it again.

Returns — 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day after delivery, without giving a reason (Norwegian angrerettloven; the equivalent EU right applies to EU buyers). To use it, notify us within the window at hello@iitsup.com — you may use the standard withdrawal form. Return shipping is at your cost; the item should be unused and in its original condition beyond what’s needed to inspect it.

We refund the full purchase price including original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return shipment). Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe.

Wrong or damaged items

If we got it wrong or it arrived damaged, we replace it at our cost — photo + order number to hello@iitsup.com and we move.
