Terms of sale

These conditions apply to consumer purchases at iitsup.com, adapted from the Norwegian Consumer Authority’s standard sales conditions for online consumer purchases. They apply together with mandatory consumer law, which always prevails.

1. The parties

Seller: IIT'S UP (registered entity name pending — published here before launch), org.nr pending registration, hello@iitsup.com. Buyer: the consumer placing the order.

2. Price and payment

Prices are stated in NOK. Where your card or wallet settles in another currency, the converted amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The charge is made when the order is placed.

3. Product-linked contribution

Each product page states a fixed NOK amount from that item which funds the stated mission. This amount is part of the sale price, not an additional donation. If you withdraw from a purchase, the associated contribution is not counted — the mission ledger counts settled orders only.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in Shipping & returns. If an item is delayed materially beyond the estimate you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal

14 days from the day after delivery — see Right of withdrawal including the standard form.

6. Defects

Mandatory Norwegian consumer protection (forbrukerkjøpsloven) applies to defects. Report issues to hello@iitsup.com; we repair, replace or refund.

7. Disputes

We try to solve everything directly. Norwegian consumers can contact Forbrukertilsynet / Forbrukerklageutvalget; EU consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR platform.
