Right of withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise the right, inform us — IIT'S UP (entity registration in progress), hello@iitsup.com — of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e-mail is fine). You may use the form below; it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed — withheld until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
